The investment consists in the extension of the existing historic three-story building in such a way that the newly created block creates a single, closed form in a square-like view, in which a spacious atrium (patio) was created. The facility is located in Wrocław at Kazimierza Wielkiego Str.
The implementation included: acquisition of real estate, project development, project, administrative decisions with a building permit, turnkey construction together with interior finishing, commercialization, marketing and sales.
Implementation period - 2 years.
