In the case of construction investments, it is necessary to provide professional support to the Investor from the managers, construction engineers as well as supervising inspectors or appraisers and project managers. The PROJEKTMANAGEMENT team cooperates with the Investor by providing professional support in the organization of construction, documentation preparation, quality management, costs and deadlines. PMP project control is a team of people whose goal is to provide ongoing support to the Investor during the implementation of the investment, in particular the execution of construction works.
