Prior to acquisition, each property requires a detailed analysis, the result of which is a study indicating to investors not only where the property is located, its size and shape, but also how it can be developed, what restrictions are imposed by the Development Conditions (WZ) or the Local Development Plan (MPZ). In addition, the study includes information on conservation arrangements, the technical possibilities of connecting buildings to utilities, determining the location of entrances and exits, as well as possible concepts for the optimal development of the property in question. The development of the property also includes the development of a reliable timetable for the realisation of the project and a preliminary estimate of its costs.
