An investment consisting in the extension of an existing historic three-storey building in such a way that the newly built block forms a single, closed form in plan, similar to a square, in the interior of which a spacious atrium (patio) was created. The building is located in Wrocław at Kazimierza Wielkiego Street.

The implementation included: property acquisition, project development, design, administrative decisions with planning permission, construction with interior fit-out, commercialisation, marketing and sales.

Implementation period - 2 years.
