Before deciding on a design office, we make sure that the experience and competence of the team consisting of architects, trade designers, surveyors, geotechnicians, appraisers, allow for optimal development of the property with solutions which, in a given industry (office, hotel, residential, logistics), will provide the best usability, aesthetic values while maintaining the budget expected by the Investor. Thus, for each project, due to its unique characteristics, we individually select the project team we manage.
