When acquiring properties, Zespół Projektmanagement Polska sp. z o.o. sets up special purpose vehicles for each property to provide them with design, property development, project management, marketing, sales and commercialisation services. In addition, it selects the contractors for the works, which it manages until an occupancy permit is granted.
