Under this formula, the team of Projektmanagement Polska sp. z o.o., receiving from the Investor a decision on the intention to realise an investment, concludes a contract whose result is designing, obtaining all necessary permits and construction in the "turnkey" system of investment within the budget assumed by the Investor. In this model, all contracts are concluded between the Investor and Projektmanagement Polska sp. z o.o.
