The investment covers the construction of a plant together with land development completed at Jelcz Laskowice, on the site of Jelcz Laskowice's WSSE Inwest-Park subzone.

The new plant was constructed as an individual building, consisting of two functional units, i.e. the hall and an adjacent office and staff building.
