FIME POLSKA

The investment covers the delivery of construction work (no change to functionality) of an assembly hall in the existing FIME POLSKA Sp. z o.o. assembly hall, completed in Jelcz Laskowice.

The project covers the construction work on the assembly hall and an office & staff & technical building: exchanging the casing of the outer wall in the assembly hall, construction of internal partition walls between the main hall and not utilized part of the plant, exchanging insulation and roofing, conversion of the elevation of the office & staff & technical building as well as the hall's outer wall, delivery of finishing work, exchanging ceilings in the office & staff & technical sections of the building according the constructional design and an expertise issued, delivery of other work.

The assembly hall is separated from the former assembly hall of JELCZ S.A. Car Manufacturing Factory in Jelcz Laskowice, and is one storey high. The office & staff & technical building is two-stories high. The buildings join by means of an internal passageway.
