ELICA III
The object of this project is the reconstruction of an existing building of the Elica Group Polska Sp. z o.o. plant in Jelcz - Laskowice, related to relocation and reorganization of production technology.
The envisaged staging of the project is as follows:
Stage III a
Production and storage hall - plant reconstruction with relocation of technology existing in H1 and H2 halls,
B2 building - reconstruction of technical facilities in the existing B2 building
Stage III b
Land development - construction of a passenger car park, including reconstruction of services networks within the area of the plant
The scope of works shall include but not be limited to:
Construction of a REI-60 fire separation wall, including gates installation, construction of full height partition wall, disassembly of parts of two roof skylights, adapting the number of smoke extraction dampers to current fire safety requirements in the high storage warehouse section, addition of auxiliary rooms in the hall: welfare room for women, production supervision, traffic maintenance, enclosing the heat distribution unit with a wall and fire separation roof, reconstruction of ground floor rooms for the purposes of the heat distribution unit, reconstruction of ground floor rooms in axes for the purposes of the compressor room and spare chiller unit room, construction of roofing at the north-western corner of the plant.
