TIMES
The "TIMES" building has a rational, well-organized, warm and high quality architecture. All materials have been selected so that to give the building and its rooms luxury, natural climate, lightness and atmosphere relevant to the character of the building. Finishing materials were chosen on the basis of long experience, high classification and practical materials that create fascinating style through proper colors and structures. You will find a lot of glass, timber, plants, aluminum, natural materials and stones here.
The romantic atrium (patio) with an area of about 500 sq. m inside the development will be covered by a Planar glass roofing system by Pilkington Architectural of Great Britain, supported on special tensioning structure in the form of a glass dome based on openwork structure.
According to the Investor's plans, level 0 will be dedicated to service areas, such as: bank, pressroom, insurance company and bistro cafe, where the customers and visitors of the "TIMES" building will have an opportunity to spend their time in the unforgettable atmosphere of the atrium on the sofas surrounded by plants, water and natural stones, which give a feeling of calmness and relaxation.
Luxury office space will be provided at level 1 and 2. All rooms will be air-conditioned, with temperature sensors and adjustment panels. High quality window frames with very low heat and noise transfer ratio will be provided with so-called humidistatic and ventilation panels, setting appropriate humidity and ventilation in rooms. Sun protection blinds will also be provided.
The areas will be heated by wall heaters, hidden by special masking pieces with heat emission grids. All areas will be equipped with mechanical ventilation. Floors in office rooms will be covered by high quality, low abrasion, easy to clean lining.
Traffic routes (galleries) on the side of atrium will have wood lining and full glass railings, also with wooden handrails. Internal walls on the side of atrium will be built as a series of glass pieces, giving a warm and spacious feeling to the areas, with a lot of light, plants and nature.
Office space will be equipped with electrical, telecommunication and high quality certified IT systems. Access to individual storeys and office space will be controlled through cards and security measures.
Level 3 is one of the most luxurious parts of the building, which can be leased together with a green garden located immediately above, joined to the offices by a lift. There is also a spacious terrace on the side of atrium, having a view on the whole interior of the atrium, concentrated under the glass dome of roof.
Office rooms are developed on this storey according to standards applied to first an second floor offices, of about 150 sq. m in size.
