ELICA

The project consists in the conversion of an existing hall, currently not in use, into a storage hall for ELICA Group Polska Sp. z o.o. located in Jelcz Laskowice.
The project covers: 1) conversion of the existing H2 hall for warehousing purposes; 2) conversion of an H2 hall section for delivery purposes; 3) conversion of a section in an existing office & staff & technical B2 building. 
The existing Elica plant consists of an operational production and a storage hall (as well as an adjacent office & social & technical building) located at plot no. 13/277.

The storage hall under design, with the deliveries hall and the office & staff & technical building, is adjacent to the operational Elica plant. Elica plant halls and buildings are part of the former C hall of Jelczańskie Vehicle Manufacturing Plant. The storage hall with the deliveries hall is one storey high. The staff & office & technical building is two stories high. The deliveries hall will serve as space for the delivery of raw materials and products by forklift trucks; it also has truck access.

Key project features: 1) flat roof on the building; 2) outer lining of the hall's facade made of elevation trapezoidal steel; 3) varied heights of building's facades which mark different designations; 4) varying shape of facades for the hall and staff & office & technical building; 5) use of aluminum joinery.
