A multifamily residential building (5-6 floors) with a single-level underground garage is planned to be erected on a 1,515 sqm lot at Oficerska street in Wroclaw. The plans for the building include ca. 22 apartments and an equal number of parking spaces in the garage. The building will be up to 25m high and will have a flat roof. The lot entrance will be open at Oficerska street or Pretficza street. The planned building coverage rate is ca. 35%; the building area is ca. 500 sqm.
