The investment covers the construction of a plant together with land development at Jelcz Laskowice, on the site of Jelcz Laskowice's WSSE Inwest-Park subzone.

Stage 1 of the investment consisted in the development of land and the construction of an office & staff building, as well as a production & storage hall.

The two functional units are single-storey buildings. The office & staff building is designed as an L-shape and is adjacent to the north-western hall corner.
