PARK DEVELOPMENT

The project involves the construction of a multifamily housing complex at Asfaltowa/Buforowa street in Wroclaw (Wojszyce - Jagodno). The preliminary concept is to build, and put into use, 1,176 apartments in multifamily buildings (maximum number of floors - 6), each with an area of 60 sqm (total gross area - ca. 85,097 sqm), on a lot with a total area of 55,697 sqm, where ca. 53,581 parking spaces are planned to be developed, as well as to build, and put into use, ca. 51 single-family houses (maximum number of floors - 4), with a total gross area of ca. 13,561 sqm, on a 23,077 sqm lot. The apartments in multifamily buildings will comprise ca. 33% of the building area, while the single-family houses - ca. 29%.
