ADEO

The investment consists in the construction of a production hall with an office and staff building for ADEO Screen, company located in Złotoryja at the LSSE site. Facilities under construction are to serve as the production plant and the head office for ADEO Screen sp. z o.o. The project covers an office and staff building and a production hall with designated warehousing and staff areas. The office building is three stories high, of a skeletal pillar-bolt structure. It is designed as a simple cube, whose highlight is a bay window in the shape of a cube protruding from a glazed elevation. Main entrance to the building is situated at the west front. The west elevation is masked with a net screen displaying an investor's logo.

The production hall has been designed as a single-storey building in the shape of a rectangle of the following dimensions: 96.5 x 42m, a 6m module. The steel-structure hall will be decorated with composite panels fixed horizontally without the use of bolts.

The hall consists of two sections (warehousing and staff area, and the manufacturing area) of a varied constructional layout.
