GREEN POINT OFFICE CENTER
The investment involved the modernization of the office/service building at Skierniewicka 18 in Wroclaw. The works included in particular: thermal insulation of the building's facade; replacement of door and window frames; replacement of the facing elements of the facade; fitting of external shutters and meshes preventing direct sun penetration, as well as fitting of decorative architectural elements, i.e. lighting and canopies over building entrances; replacement of thermal insulation on roof slope and replacement of roof surface; plastering and painting works; replacement of building lining elements; repair of terrace floor; demolition of partition walls on the 1st and 2nd floor and erection of new ones; development of new parking spaces; maintenance works on site and planting of high and low greenery.
The building's total usable area is 1,310 sqm, while the lot area is 2,054 sqm.
