The investment covers the construction of a production plant together with land development completed at Jelcz Laskowice, on the site of Jelcz Laskowice's WSSE Inwest-Park subzone.

Project key features: 3 units within the facilities point to different functionalities of the plant, outer lining of the production hall's facade is made of composite panels, structure modest in style.

The new plant is an individual building, and consists of three units: halls which are joined together and an adjacent office, staff, and technical buildings.
The halls and the technical building are one storey high, whereas the office and staff building are two stories high. The buildings join by way of a common internal passageway.

This is the first stage of the investment - north extension of the plant is foreseen in the future.
