MARCEGAGLIA POLAND
The investment consisted in the conversion and extension of an existing plant located in Praszka, Olesno poviat.
The project consisted in the following: 1) conversion of an existing hall being part of VISTEON POLAND Car Factory as requested by MARCEGAGLIA POLAND SP. Z O.O., producer of composite wall panels, road protection elements, household equipment condensers, and the location of new technological lines at its site, as well as mapping out technological pipeline routes; 2) extension of an existing hall through the construction of two product deliveries halls - W1 and W2 buildings; 3) extension of the existing hall through the construction of a mineral wool processing hall (with a gas boiler house) - A building; 4) extension of an existing hall through the construction of an isocyanide storehouse - C building; 5) construction of a pentane storage underground tank - D part; 6) extension of the existing hall through the construction of technical & economic buildings for storing reagent and waste material from the paining line - E buildings; 7) construction of open-air warehouses/ for road protection elements - F and G parts.
The north-eastern part of the hall is used for storage.
Key features of the facilities: units point to different functions of the plant, outer face lining of the hall's facade is made of trapezoidal elevation steel, the outer face lining of the facades of extended buildings is made of elevation composite panels. The building is modest in style.
