Times Office and Commercial/Retail Building

A spectacular project called the Times, located in the strict city center of Wrocław, at the junction of 1 Kazimierza Wielkiego and 63 Św. Mikołaja streets, will be delivered on time. The current timetable does not foresee any delays, and the scheduled deadline for the completion of project work falls on May / June 2008. By the end of 2007, the building is scheduled to be completed in its shell state. In January, a glazed roof dome will be installed over the historic atrium of the building. Also, historic cellars are undergoing restoration. The last few weeks have brought agreements with lessees for space at the Times close to being finalized. We are counting on the interest in leasing space at the Times to recognized Polish and international businesses, which would supplement the luxury profile of the building.
