The fundamental aim of project management is to actively represent the Investor's interests in actions undertaken by PROJEKTMANAGEMENT throughout the investment process. Unlike in project supervision, we take over project management, and apart from support, consulting and controlling, we provide operations related to investment execution. Upon the Investor's request, we reduce their involvement in project execution to the minimum. We develop detailed organisational plans, construction specifications, we determine costs and prepare schedules. Under project management services, we supervise the stages of design, tendering and construction. We control the tendering process and actively support the Employer in negotiating agreements. Cost analysis and cost-cutting throughout the stages of design and construction, combined with competent budget management helps avoid unexpected additional costs.
